Sheep manure can be an excellent fertilizer for hemp when it is well composted before use.
Here are the main benefits: 

Provides nutrients: Sheep manure is relatively rich in nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), which hemp needs for healthy growth.
Improves soil: It adds organic matter, increasing water retention, drainage, and beneficial microbial activity.
Releases nutrients gradually: Compared with synthetic fertilizers, composted sheep manure feeds plants over time, reducing the risk of nutrient leaching.

A few things to keep in mind:

Use composted manure, not fresh. Fresh manure can burn roots, introduce pathogens, and contain weed seeds.
Don't overapply. Too much nitrogen, especially later in the growing season, can lead to excessive leafy growth and may reduce flower development if you're growing hemp for flowers.
Mix it into the soil before planting or use it as a light top dressing around established plants.

As a general guideline:

Before planting: Incorporate about 1–2 inches (2.5–5 cm) of composted sheep manure into the top 6–8 inches (15–20 cm) of soil.
During growth: A light side-dressing of composted manure can be applied during the vegetative stage if the plants show signs of needing additional nutrients.

The ideal amount depends on your soil's existing fertility. If possible, a soil test will help determine whether additional nutrients are needed.
